    Gatifloxacin 0.5% eye drops- These eye drops are used to treat bacterial conjunctivitis or pink eye ( a condition in which the outer membrane of the eyeball becomes inflamed or infected due to allergies, bacterial, or viral infections. It promotes anti-bacterial properties that protect the eyes from catching infections or

    Action Class: Gatifloxacin works by killing the bacteria responsible for conjunctivitis.

    Uses

    Directions for Use

    • Lay down on your back and slightly tilt your head upwards. Gently extend your lower eyelid. Apply the number of drops set by your doctor.
    • If your hands are shaky, ask someone else to insert the drops for you. 
    • Wipe the extra fluid with a clean cloth and do not rub your eyes. If your eyes are irritated after inducing the drops rub around the eyes.
    • Keep your eyes closed for about 1-2 minutes after application.

    Storage Requirements

    Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight. Do not let children or pets access the medicine.
