    Precautions

    1. You should avoid alcohol consumption while using Difluprednate emulsion 0.05% drops as alcohol can cause dehydration.

    3. It is not known if Difluprednate passes into breast milk, it is best to consult with your doctor thoroughly before using it to ensure the safety of the infant.

    WARNINGS
    1. Do not wear contact lenses during the application of these drops and until the infection fades. You are recommended to remove soft contact lenses before application and wear eyeglasses after use.
    2. This medicine causes blurry vision which can be risky to operate machines or drive. Avoid activities that require focus and take plenty of rest during the therapy.
    3. If you have a history of cataracts or glaucoma, avoid taking difluprednate drops until prescribed as it can worsen your condition.
    4. Try to maintain utmost hygiene while applying and avoid touching the tip of the dropper as you could contaminate it with bacteria.

    Directions for Use

    1. Lay down on your back and slightly tilt your head upwards. Gently extend your lower eyelid. Apply the number of drops set by your doctor.
    2. If your hands are shaky, ask someone else to apply the drops for you. 
    3. Wipe the extra fluid with a clean cloth and do not rub your eyes.
    4. Keep your eyes closed for about 1-2 minutes after application.

    Storage Requirements

    Store in a cool and dry place. Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
