Gentamicin+Beclomethasone+Clotrimazole+ Lignocaine Ear Drops- This medication has four powerful ingredients- Gentamicin, Beclomethasone, Clotrimazole, and Lignocaine. These drops are prescribed to treat bacterial and fungal infections in the ears that cause pain and inflammation to the ears. These drops are manufactured and supplied by Humanbiolife India Pvt. Ltd under the brand name- Clobrit BG ear drops.

Chemical Class: Quinolone antibiotics

Action Class: Gentamicin prevents the growth of bacteria. Beclomethasone inhibits certain chemicals responsible for redness, itching, and swelling. Clotrimazole kills fungus by causing holes to appear in its cell membrane and the content leaks out. Lignocaine primarily treats pain and discomfort in some cases.

Habit-Forming: No habit-forming tendency was reported.

Uses

Precautions

3. Alcohol consumption should only be considered safe if approved by your doctor.

1. If you are allergic to any of the contents of gentamicin+beclomethasone+clotrimazole+ lignocaine ear drops, avoid using these drops and consult thoroughly with your doctor before further use.
2. It is not established if the ear drops pass into breast milk. Therefore, discuss with your for the same before receiving the medication.
3. The medicine is to be used for certain infections, do not use it for any other diagnosis. 
4. Maintain all hygienic measures to avoid worsening of the condition.

Directions for Use

• Wash your hands with soap and pat dry with a clean cloth.
• Lay on the opposite side of the affected ear, and instill the number of drops into the affected ear as instructed by your doctor. 
• Do not touch the tip of the dropper as you may contaminate the medicine. 
• If your hands are shaky, take somebody's help to instill the drops for you.
• Lay down still for 3-5 minutes, wipe the extra fluid with a clean cloth, and do not rub your ears.
