Dapagliflozin 10 mg and Metformin HCL 1000 mg Tablet—Justdapa-M 10/1000 Tablet is a combination of two anti-diabetes medicines that are used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. Dapagliflozin helps get rid of extra sugar from your body by making you urinate. Metformin helps lower sugar made by the liver, slows down how sugar is absorbed from the intestines, and makes the body respond better to insulin. Together, they help keep blood sugar levels stable. Dapagliflozin and metformin can help reduce the chance of heart failure in patients with type 2 diabetes who also have heart problems. Diabetes is a condition that makes your blood sugar levels too high.  It can also happen if the pancreas doesn't make enough insulin or makes none at all. Dapagliflozin and metformin should not be used to treat type 1 diabetes.
